Reading Marathons

Throughout the program’s elaboration, the participating institutions organize three book marathons in which the children, their families, and other members of the community share stories, read aloud, and participate in various other activities.

The participating institutions realize various activities in anticipation of these events in accordance with the preparatory orientations provided by Fundación Leer.

The program provides the schools with a means to systematically train readers.
